"This is an older property but it was clean and everything was as advertised. There are only two window units in the apartment, neither are in the bedrooms (which I was worried about) but they kept the apartment cool enough even with the 80 degree weather outside. Location is great if you are working on campus as it is just a block away! Would definitely stay here again!"

"Here for a wedding, we loved being within walking distance from all that Fargo has to offer. The area was a little bit loud late night so bring your earplugs. My only suggestion would be to stock the kitchen with at least a few basic supplies like salt and pepper, oil, etc. "

"I would not recommend this unit. It is brand new and the place is really nice. We were here for the wrestling tournament that consisted of many days away from home. The place did not feel like home it was not supplied like a normal home away from home. We stayed in a hotel two nights prior and wish to have gone back. The owner was not very consistent with what she was communicating with me. From the time we booked till the last night it was very inconsistent. I would not book this place again!...
