"We were bummed to find out the water park was closed during the entire duration of our stay. Our room key deactivated twice while we were there and had to get another one each time. I never had my phone around the key card either so not sure why that was happening. The bath tub also had issues and the stopper wasn’t working so we called maintenance and they worked on it for about an hour while we were there and it was never actually fixed during our stay. The staff up front was nice usually....
