"This cabin suited the needs of four adults and two teenagers. We wanted to do a lot of hiking in the Red River Gorge and this location was a great home base. Beds were comfortable (except the loft-nook). Adequate selection of dishes and cookware. Spent a lot of time enjoying the beautiful view from the deck and fire pit area. The owner was great with responding to questions about the cabin/area! The cabin could have been a little cleaner and the not all the buttons worked on the dishwasher and...

"We enjoyed the small town of Cumberland Gap. The house was nice. Full size mattress is uncomfortable but I have arthritis, so that added to my discomfort. The kitchen is huge!! Lots of room for our supplies we had w us. A kitchen footstool would be great as plates are really high for a short little me to reach. I would stay here again. "
