"This charming apartment was absolutely perfect for my family of four, spending a long weekend in Memphis for Rhodes College Family Weekend. It was five minutes from the college, which made things easy for us, but it was also extremely easy to get to interesting and eclectic Midtown restaurants as well as to downtown. "The property was in a safe part of Memphis, Cooper/Young, with newer eating establishments just around the corner. The local grocery store was also very close. We had a car rental so we drove to downtown and to the other attractions we wanted to see around town. We had a good time and felt very comfortable. "

"Was informed 1/2 day before our arrival that property needed repairs and would not be available. We were offered a different property that turned out to be awful. Poorly maintained, rusty stove, peeling paint,etc. Left the property almost immediately and had to scramble to find alternate lodging..2 days later still have not seen our funds refunded. Needless to say we will try to avoid Patroy Homes in the future"
