"Lovely clean accommodation. Staff are very friendly. Free onsite parking is a bonus! Didnt have breakfast but the food area is spotless and breakfast smelt good. Area is in a great location. It got a bit hot in the night even though the heating wasn't on, but other than that we had a good stay and definitely would stay again."

"We stayed at Colson House as we were attending a gig at Patterns. It was really close to the venue which was great. We had a couple of days to explore Brighton and it was lovely staying at Colson House. Everything was walkable from the hotel, we walked to the lanes, the pier and the train station easily. There were regular busses on the road that the hotel is on so it was really easy to get about. We had a problem with the tv in our room but someone came out really quickly and sorted it out. We...

"We had a fantastic stay at The Hamptons. The family room D, located in the basement, was very large and spotless. It was bright, and airy with lovely blinds to close off from the road at night. "Small guest house very pleasant, helpful welcoming staff. The bed was lovely and clean with soft comfy pillows 3 each. Bed was soft. The room was perfect temperature & we slept well, felt safe and secure. It was so quiet. The bathroom is tiny but we coped fine it was only one night and we had plenty of nice towels. Kettle so we could have a cuppa. Just a stones throw from the beach. "

"The apartments are lovely, and have everything you need; washing machine, microwave, toaster, oven etc. The only thing that would stop me coming again, is the exorbitant price charged for dogs. £20 per dog PER NIGHT! We have 2 small dogs, staying for 5 nights which would be an extra £200 on the bill! We queried it, and they reduced it to £15 per dog per night. But that is still an extra £150.
