"Horrible infestation in the basement. A caterpillar was underneath my blanket & it’s hairs got stuck in my skin. Which caused burning, itching, hives $ prickling. My one year old also got some of the hair on him & broke out in hives. When I called customer service, the property manager never got back to me. There was no apology, no nothing.
