"Sehr schöne kleine Wohnung, mit Sicht auf die Berge, nur einige Treppen von den Skipisten entfernt. Check-In und Check-Out waren problemlos, sehr wertvoll auch der Parkplatz in die Tiefgarage. Die Wohnung ist sehr gut eingerichtet, nur das Kinderzimmer mit dem Hochbett ist für unseren 1,9m großen Sohn etwas klein gewesen. Insgesamt sind wir von unserem Aufenthalt sehr zufrieden und empfehlen diese Wohnung und den sehr freundlichen Vermieter."

"Wir haben uns so wohl gefühlt. Die Wohnung ist perfekt ausgestattet. Vor allem der neu gestaltete Wohn Küchenbereich ist ein Highlight. Der Balkon war am Ende des Tages immer unser Ausklang. Die Gastgeber waren super freundlich und bei Fragen sofort hilfsbereit.Die Lage am Hang war super um mit dem Hund zu spazieren. Das Skigebiet war gut zu erreichen und hat auch viel Spaß gemacht.Unser Silvester war damit einfach traumhaft mit Platz in der ersten Reihe über Matrei."

"Wir hatten Anfang August 2015 die Sauna Wohnung, die im mediterranem Stil gehalten ist, gebucht. Eine sehr schöne Wohnung mit einer schönen Terrasse mit Zugang sowohl vom Schlafzimmer, als auch vom Wohnzimmer. Alles sauber und gepflegt. Die Umgebung ist einfach traumhaft. "The property was as described it had 2 good size bedrooms, the 1 one at the rear of the property was the larger of the 2 and had the benefit of the stream bubbling past outside. The one at the front of the property was next to the main road in Saalbach and so was busy and slightly noisier but not noticeably so. The bathroom was excellent, had a lovely shower and 2 sinks too. "We had the middle apartment with the balcony at the front off the kitchen, ideal for watching village life whilst eating breakfast and catching the morning sun. We also had access to a large shared balcony at the rear which was ideal for catching the sun at the other end of the day whilst enjoying evening dinner. There were only 2 of us and the space was ample, would be okay for 4 but would be a tight squeeze for 6 We stayed for 12 nights and found Niedernsill ideally placed for all that the...

"This is the second time we have stayed at Villa Julia. The apartment is very spacious and the location can’t be beat - close to the central area, the Bahnhof, the walkway around the lake - we could walk everywhere! It is next to the train tracks but the trains are electric and quiet. Any extra needs were taken care of immediately. When we return to Zell Am See, we shall rent this place again."

Thoroughly enjoyed our months stay ' all amenities needed were to hand 'very comfortable & spacious 'absolutely loved the bath after a hard days skiing . "We hebben twee heerlijke weken gehad. Het huis was schoon en de locatie prima. Mooi uitzicht vanaf balkon, waar je heerlijk kunt zitten. Vlakbij allerlei leuke uitgaansmogelijkheden. De gastheer erg vriendelijk en behulpzaam. Qua spullen, zoals zitplaatsen in woonkamer, keukengerei is het huis niet voor 8 personen geschikt. Wij waren met 7 personen en kwamen tekort. En de bank is echt een minpunt. Daar kun je niet op zitten. Als die vervangen wordt voor een fatsoenlijke bank, komen wij nog eens...

"We liked everything about this little apartment. We did not have a car, but the rental is just a 10 minute road and path walk from town and the bus station where we caught buses for hikes into the Dolomites. The apartment was just right for two people. We cooked many of our meals there after shopping at the well-stocked Conad grocery store. We would definitely stay here again."
