"Sehr schöne kleine Wohnung, mit Sicht auf die Berge, nur einige Treppen von den Skipisten entfernt. Check-In und Check-Out waren problemlos, sehr wertvoll auch der Parkplatz in die Tiefgarage. Die Wohnung ist sehr gut eingerichtet, nur das Kinderzimmer mit dem Hochbett ist für unseren 1,9m großen Sohn etwas klein gewesen. Insgesamt sind wir von unserem Aufenthalt sehr zufrieden und empfehlen diese Wohnung und den sehr freundlichen Vermieter."

Die Gastgeber waren super freundlich und bei Fragen sofort hilfsbereit.Die Lage am Hang war super um mit dem Hund zu spazieren. "This is the second time we have stayed at Villa Julia. The apartment is very spacious and the location can’t be beat - close to the central area, the Bahnhof, the walkway around the lake - we could walk everywhere! It is next to the train tracks but the trains are electric and quiet. Any extra needs were taken care of immediately. When we return to Zell Am See, we shall rent this place again."
