"We have been here three years in a row now. The views are amazing, either overlooking Beacon Hill park or the Salish Sea. The rooms are spacious, comfortable, and decorating with an antique charm. Many have jacuzzi tubs fitted as well. Breakfasts are great, we had eggs with sausage one day, then French toast and then pancakes. Each day with a fruit cup and hash browns and bacon as well, delicious. Easy fifteen minute walk, mostly through Beacon Hill park, to the Royal BC Museum, Parliament...

"Our host, Cathy, was an absolute joy. She was so friendly and helpful. She did whatever she could to make our stay enjoyable. Thanks Cathy! "Communication from the host was outstanding. The room was clean and cozy. No tv in the room, but we really didn’t care. It was a surprise for my family and they loved it. Perfect if you want a quiet affordable getaway. Walking distance to inner harbor. Breakfast was included and provided by a family owned cafe called Imagine. Your choice of fruit and yogurt or a breakfast sandwich on banock bread… it was called Imagine Cafe and they make an awesome wood fired pizza."

"We had a wonderful time at Fairholm Manor! The place is beautiful and our room was very comfortable.But what truly set this place apart was the exceptional service.The owners were super friendly and the breakfast was delicious. We felt very relaxed and would definitely stay there again!"

"Very conveniently located. Very clean. Easy communication with host. Easy entry. Fridge stocked with some essentials was a nice touch as was labeled cabinets and drawers in the kitchen and bathroom. It felt very homey and welcoming. Will definitely book again"

"Recycling and garbage as you walk to the entrance and you walk by looking into the owners kitchen. The main area is also used as a staff room? There is a sign on the fridge that says staff use only and clearly has staff’s food in it. You only actually get a bedroom with a lock on it and a bathroom with cleaning supplies mops etc on the wall. I absolutely did not feel safe especially when I came back and someone had been in the suite. This is not as advertised at all. "
