"Nice property for 4 adults in a very convenient location. The downtown area and RISD campus are within walking distance, along with restaurants and shops. Be aware (for those with mobility issues) that there are stairs into and within the apartment. The two bathrooms are accommodating and the kitchen has basic necessities. Street parking is allowed, but only during certain hours - we had to move our vehicle at 8:00 am to a spot a few blocks away. A few minor complains....no lights on the...

"The property was the perfect spot for us to stay in between Providence and Newport, RI for 2 nights on our family road trip. Both spots are ~20 mins each direction. There isnt much to do in Fall River, MA but since we were out exploring all day, it didnt matter.
