Had no issues, host even had it ready 2 hours early granted our drive took a bit longer so we checked in at normal check in time.Back yard was nice and clean no dog poop or anything. Would highly recommend, we used it to have an easter weekend while in town for a card tournament and the in laws were only 2 hours away so was able to see family and play in our tournament and have easter egg hunts and not be in a hotel. Everything worked out great. "
