"We really liked this inn. It was quiet, private and friendly. The restaurant’s breakfasts which are included in the room price are fantastic. We ate dinner at the restaurant our last night and were glad we did since it is one of the top-rated restaurants in St. Augustine. I found the inn to be very charming. "This property has the absolute best location! Close to everything without being on top of it all. The greeting was kind and welcoming. The little touches made you feel welcome and at home. Breakfast was delicious along with the live music to add ambiance. The only knock was that our bed could have used a memory foam topper due to it being somewhat hard. "

"Nice B&B in an older home. Staff very friendly breakfast was great. Close to all areas and walkable. We were stuck with a large pickup truck for our rental vehicle. The parking was tight but otherwise would recommend."

"I absolutely loved everything! The ladies that greeted me were very nice amd welcoming. The cook in the morning is amazing and very kind. The dessert at night was very good and a special treat. I enjoyed everything and I would highly recommend one stays there. The food alone is worth it😊"

" Our room was clean and the bed was comfortable. There was a chair, but the room was small so we left it under a shelf. The breakfasts were remarkable. The owners were very nice. The location was great. We were told there were no steps to our room, however there was a total of 7. My husband has a disability and uses a scooter. The steps were a challenge. We had to leave the scooter in the car at night and assemble it each morning. If you go to sleep early, awesome music is playing...

"The shower was not large enough for me to fit in. I had to clean myself on a sponge bath from the sink. Other than that it was a nice place. We wanted it because of the jacuzzi but the jacuzzi was leaking and we did not trust using it. The door could have been broken open by any 98 lb person. So we do not feel completely safe, happy we brought our safety bar to bar the door. The people were very nice but breakfast was restricted to an extraordinarily small time. "We loved our stay. The property was very close to downtown. Easy to walk for our entire stay. Breakfast was fantastic! We also appreciated the pastries that were out during the day and the cold drinks available all day. Lastly it was very quiet, which we really appreciated."

"The property was a comfortable place to spend time just relaxing. Just steps to the beach and restaurants. The only discrepancy would be the VRBO description states "Dishwasher" and there is not one available. Also, there are a large selection of pots and pans, but only 3 that worked on the convection stovetop. but being that there was just 2 of us it all worked out fine. "

"The hotel is under renovation currently, but what has already been done is really nice! Our room was clean, VERY spacious, and beautiful! It is a 2 minute walk to the quiet beach. It has a nice pool and hot tub. There are several restaurants close by, as well, as putt-putt golf. Quick drive the Alligator Farm, the St. Augustine Lighthouse, and historic downtown St. Augustine. Would absolutely stay here again!"

Good beachfront resort for the family

"Great location - near lots of restaurants. Water was cold & rough in early spring, which we expected for this region of FL. The pool looked well-maintained with some games in the nearby courtyard, and it was the best free hotel breakfast I've ever had. Roomy, serviceable suites. The service and accommodations were better than I've experienced at some higher-end hotels."

Fabulous property, be aware of fees

"Amazing location and property. It’s an older hotel that has been well renovated with every luxury you can imagine and a few you didn’t! The view from the balcony is fantastic for sunrise photos and I happen to be there during a rocket launch, and you can see the launch from the property. Across the street is the beach that the facility has and it’s a beautiful section of sand and sea. The breakfast area is clean and bright and choices are extremely varied with items for every dietary requirement. Staff is friendly and helpful. I will definitely be returning to stay. The only problem I have with this hotel are the hidden fees. Be advised that the nightly rate is not what you’re getting. I did not read the fine print properly and was unpleasantly surprised to find that my room rate that was listed well under $100 was actually almost 200 with all the fees. I understand why they do it, but it was a jolting and unplanned expense. "
