We have stayed with this host before and were happy her home was available for this stay. The bed is so comfortable ! And we love that it’s tucked in a nice neighborhood. The host is very responsive and kind.
Quiet neighborhood and easy access to major streets. The apartment was true to the photos, very comfortable for two. Nice deck in the back to watch wildlife. Would stay here again.
This property was perfect for us. It was very clean and in a quiet neighborhood. The hostess was very quick to reply to our messages. We would definitely stay here again if we are in the area.
This place was wonderful! I felt very safe as it was in a great location. It was alot roomier than we expected and decorated beautifully. Better than the pictures even. Lovely place and perfect for our wants and needs!
Very clean property and all as advertised. Quiet setting on a cul-de-sac with easy access to major streets to get quickly to wherever you want to go in the area. Grocery store, shopping, and restaurants close by. Very pleasant stay and a responsive host.
I cannot begin to describe how much I loved the stay at this beautiful little place. From the minute you walk in , you see how beautifully maintained , clean and decorated it is to the peace and quiet and amazing neighborhood. This place will forever hold s special place for me.
The check in process was very smooth and I didn't have any issues communicating with anyone at the property, they were very friendly and professional. If you are looking for a serene location in the Quad Cities this this is the place. Also the view in the backyard was perfect , had many deer sightings.
It did not meet minimum sufficient standards or basic expectations of cleanliness, infrastructure and kitchen essentials! The accessibility to the only bathroom is a potential hazard to Senior citizens.
The communication with the host proved to be problematic!
We were booked for two nights, but left after the first!because of the conditions.
Host very accommodating
The location was great, close to our grandkids.
The home had all that we needed.
However there was a very strong pet odor when we arrived that didn’t seem to go away.
The place is on a busy cul de sac and we had to park down the street.
We like the other place much better that she has so we will be returning there our next trip to Moline.
The pictures of this property to not do it justice. It is a very warm and inviting one bedroom residence. The host provided everything I needed and didn't excellent job of communicating with me, even letting me know that the furnace would be replaced while I was staying there.
The bathroom had hot water with acceptable pressure. The bed was excellent. I highly recommend this residence and this host for your stay.
Home was in a nice quiet area. Home was remodeled nicely. Clean and as shown in pictures. The floors were a little off and the ramp down to the bathroom was slippery in socks. Odd assortment of kitchen ware, but made due with what was there. Lots of artificial plants which seem to catch a lot of dust. Outlets were hard to come by so had to purchase an extension cord for our laptops. Dog in area, so be careful of walking in yard, as the dog owner, did not clean up. Found it a fair price for the stay.
. The only problem I had was that there is a step down to get to the bathroom. Not handicap accessible. To get in the apartment the step up is award. I know it doesn’t say it is.
The 10-foot ceilings, light-colored walls, and floor-to-ceiling windows with translucent drapes throughout (except for blackout drapes in the bedroom) let soft light in but protected privacy in this quiet neighborhood. We watched The Maltese Falcon while we stayed and I felt almost transported back to their time because of the beautiful Euro decor we were surrounded with. We loved the white, blue, teal, silver, mirrors, with a touch of purple and faux greenery along with the spaciousness. The inspirational sayings on the walls and elsewhere really were a deciding factor for me (I LOVE receiving positive messages throughout the day!) We came to visit family so didn't get to spend as much time just relaxing here as we would have liked but it was always good to come back!
This property was a perfect fit for my spouse and I and our dog during a transition for 13 days between the sale of our house and moving into our new home. The neighborhood is located, conveniently to grocery stores and restaurants, and everyone seemed friendly and we felt very safe at the location. The owner gave instructions accurate instructions regarding the check-in process, which is very simple. She responded promptly to the one question I had about the day the trash comes.. Would definitely recommend this location to anyone looking for a place to stay in the Quad Cities
We chose this condo for its convenient distance to Vibrant Arena and it is dog friendly. Google Maps took us right to the condo's location, and check-in instructions were very easy to follow. Most reviews said the cul-de-sac was quiet and felt safe, and we were pleased to find that was true. Street parking was fine but the city needs to do some concrete repair. The condo was clean with lovely high ceilings and a pretty color palette. The bed was comfortable. The nightstand had been moved next to the window for easy access to both sides of the bed, an improvement from the online photo. A couple of reviews mentioned the ramp to the bathroom was a bit slick; this is true so keep one hand on the wall. Nonskid treads might help. The kitchen, living and dining room decor looked like the photos. The big difference was all carpeting had been replaced with the same flooring as the kitchen for a more cohesive look. However, there was about a 25-sq-ft area between the kitchen and the living room where the planks dipped and some of the edges had pushed up. Hopefully this will be repaired in the very near future. In the meantime, mind your step. We did see 2 fawns and a mama deer in the wooded hillside off the deck.
