"Everything about this property is always wonderful. Had a little trouble with the heating/ac unit but they corrected it immediately. Its self contained, great spa on site, great restaurant on site, and bar/lounge as well. Fabulous views, quiet, great neighborhood. The rooms are large, beautifully appointed, quiet and dark at night with great window treatments. Five star in every way."

"Property is clean and well kept. The staff is exceptional, we were there for a cheer and dance comp. Let us use a meeting room th feed the kids and parents pizza and salad.when we left my grand daughter realized she had left her wedding ring in the room doing girls hair. The manager found them and shipped them to use. Always stay at this hotel when near new london and that is why"

"Nice place to stop for the night. Really cute town . The staff was super nice some things in the room need to be fixed. The water dripped all night and I could not take a shower because the handle was broken and by the time I got it to work I had to check out. The kids gone in the room was also broken. Other than that everything else was great. Breakfast offered was a little more limited than a usual continental breakfast however the coffee was great and the girl maintaining it was wonderful and very friendly. "
