"Best price, easy check in, helpful nice staff, easy parking, clean bathroom, hot water. Kinda loud but effective airconditioner. One bedspread had a faint but dinner plate size stain-but sheets and towels were clean. Neighborhood is kinda sketchy but we were only there for 2nights to attend a lacrosse tournament at Farmingdale state college which was only 15 min away. We didn't hang out in the hotel, just used it for sleeping and it was considerably cheaper than marriot/hilton options that...

"The room was absolutely disgusting. the smell in the room was awfull! there was mold all over the ceiling near the bathroom, the sink and bath tub had rust all over it. and the ice bucket had old food in it. thankfully the girl a tthe front desk gave us a new one. the side walks are all cracked and wobbly, but this place needs to be condemned its not safe and is a healthy hazard. DO NOT STAY HERE BY ANY MEANS NECCESSARY"

"It's just a place to sleep. Comforter on bed had cig burns. Drawers in dressers were filthy. Smelled like cigarettes. Pics on website didn't match what we got. Door jam of room looked like it had been kicked in. Overall not a place to take a picky significant other and Def not worth the money for the condition of the room"

"Check in was not good. I had prepaid through Hotels.com and when I got there the guy wasn't able to process the payment from Hotels.com to him and said it was my problem and I would have to pay for the room and get reimbursed from Hotels.com. finally after a while he gave me a room but it was not what I had booked. The room was aweful, smelled bad, what felt like a hole in the floor under the carpet and the door was already wide open when I got to the room. "

"The house was clean. Communication with management company was subpar. We got scripted responses to all questions, and false information. For example, we asked if hot tub was working and was told it was. When we arrived, the hot tub was broken and dirty. Also, check-out is at 10am and there is nowhere to leave belongings if you’d like to stay in FI for the day. They should allow a place to keep luggage prior to departure. Overall, great and clean house and amazing location!"

"The location of this property is excellent. Right on a cove so you could put in and out kayaks, etc. if you wanted to bring them. Location is convenient to grocery stores and drugstores and a variety of restaurants. The best part besides the location is that I could have my best, furry friend with me"

"Cozy little house on the water! We loved sitting out in the deck enjoying the scenery and the breeze. There were plenty of chairs for the whole family to come and visit and relax outdoors. Beds are very comfortable. We got to meet the host in person and Mike is great! Thanks for a wonderful stay."
