"One of the best experiences I have ever had at a hotel. Everything was impeccable. The staff were amazing. The food options and drinks were both plentiful and reasonably priced for a 5 star hotel. Executive lounge was a treat. You are treated like royalty here. JW Marriott in Kolkata is perfection. I hope they don’t change and would be more than happy to return here."

The only issue I think need to be addressed by the hotel management is the condition of the mattresses as they have sagged around the pillow / neck area till waist due to over usage maybe, we had to literally sleep the by keeping pillows on the other side Rest is all fine "
