"One of the best experiences I have ever had at a hotel. Everything was impeccable. The staff were amazing. The food options and drinks were both plentiful and reasonably priced for a 5 star hotel. Executive lounge was a treat. You are treated like royalty here. JW Marriott in Kolkata is perfection. I hope they don’t change and would be more than happy to return here."

"Well it was as always indeed a very nice stay.. The only issue I think need to be addressed by the hotel management is the condition of the mattresses as they have sagged around the pillow / neck area till waist due to over usage maybe, we had to literally sleep the by keeping pillows on the other side Rest is all fine "

"We were the only "European" tourists staying in the hotel but were made to feel very welcome. The food was excellent and while relatively expensive compared to some of the local restaurants still very good value. Only down side is that if they have a wedding etc on it can be noisy in the garden rooms and the pool/pool area can be out of use."
