We arrived late on 10/24 and the customer service personnel was amazing to go as far as writing us a personal note of what to check out based on our person interests. Staff was quick to address any issues such as a clogged toilet. I was beyond impressed with our view and the included continental breakfast was above and beyond. All staff were ever so courteous. "The room we have had the tiniest bathroom i had very seen. Very uncomfortable to maneuver in the shower. Their remodelling of the room didn't consider the use of bathroom at all. As soon as we see the bathroom, we decided to checkout earlier. The manager was very accommodating. Refunded us the second night charge. The hotel is super clean and friendly. Unfortunately, the bathroom is designed terribly, don't know how guests could use it comfortably."

"We ended up finding this location at the very last minute. IT WAS PERFECT! There was a snafu with our VRBO reservation and we were unable to get in. Once we hopped onto Hotels.com and did a search for something a family of 5 could stay in near Bar Harbor during the busiest time for the area, this house in Acadia popped up.
