"My wife and I couldn’t be happier with our stay here. The cabin was cozy, inviting and had all the accommodations we needed. The setting: perfect! Right on the tidal river and seemingly in the middle of nowhere—but super close to anything we needed in Ellsworth. Centrally located for easy trips to MDI, Schoodic and Deer Isles/Stonington.Cannot recommend highly enough. "Loved our stay at Cabin Beaver! Cannot say enough good things about our stay. We went into the week expecting a great time but this place exceeded all of our expectations. Cabin is very well kept and well stocked with all the essentials. Loved our evening and morning sits over looking the lake listening to the loons and watching the bald eagles. "We had an incredible time on this property. The lake is beautiful and the water very clean. The owner, Kyle, provided us with all the necessary information to make our stay enjoyable. We rented his boat and visited two beautiful beaches. They are next to each other, but the second one was amazing, and we were alone there. I really recommend this property; I don’t think you can find a better location."
