"The loft was perfect for the four of us. Location is a short walk to the center of Ghent. Across the canal was a hidden gem--Industrie Museum. And a lovely Italian restaurant. The loft was light and airy, the bathrooms modern. The common area has a nice seating area, a huge dining table and an adequate kitchen and a small powder room. "This property is in a great location and was everything we needed."

"Fantastic stay. I was celebrating with 13 other friends. The house was perfect for us, lovely hot tub and games area, kitchen facilities were well maintained with plenty of fridge space. The rooms were very clean on arrival and just as expected. Geert was very accomodating. Taxis for all of us into Ghent would have been €240 however a 30 min walk to the loc train station saved us a lot of money. "

The animals on the farm entertained us each morning, especial the brother and sister Burmese Mountain dogs. The proximity to Ghent, Bruges and the coast made travel so convenient. "Very interesting cottage with all the facilities we needed and a beautiful garden. Everyone slept well. The upstairs was very quirky and we loved that it had slopey floors. "The apartment is just a few minutes walk from all the most important things to see. It's well equipped and clean, private and quiet. The host was responsive and helpful. It was such a good choice for us! "

"This is a well-kept, very clean, and comfortable home. The rooms are large and there's plenty of space for everyone to relax. It is in an attractive neighborhood with traditional homes and farms, and yet minutes to the town of Maldegem with stores, restaurants, and cafes. Bruges is about a 20 minute ride. Ghent is about 35 minutes away. The owners are readily available and quick to respond to any questions. Their restaurant Caprice is well worth a visit. We five adult women truly enjoyed our...

"We had a really nice stay here with 4 adults, 2 children and 1 toddler. The house is exactly as described and was really nicely done. The location was nice, quiet and still close to the center. Just a side note, it was quite hot outside when we were there and the attic bedroom was too warm for us. The other rooms stayed ok with the fans provided and downstairs stayed nice and cool."

"This was our second visit to the house and we enjoyed it just as much as the first. Annelies met us at the house to make sure that we were settled and happy. There was a supply of logs and all of the essentials in the kitchen to see us through our stay. We travelled around to see some of the local sights but enjoyed spending time relaxing in the property just as much."

"I organised a trip to the ‘mansion, as we named it, for my 50th birthday. Friends and family came from near and far and we had the most amazing time. The house has something for all ages and is in the most wonderful location for great food and beautiful walks at the doorstep. Ann was a fabulous host and met us at the property to talk through the house and all of its many conveniences and technologies. We had a magical time. Thank you so much."

Excellent, very friendly and helpfulreceptionists!

"The staff went above and beyond to fullfil all my needs. The temperature in the room was rather cold (very cold weather outside) and I couldn't figure out how the air con works. The receptionist listened to me carefully and then then sent someone to only adjust the temperature in the room but left an additional heating unit in my room should if I need it. the only reason I gave 4 starts for comfort was the noise from outside. The location is central and I had a wonderful view from my room. It was just a bit loud. Maybe should have brought earplugs. Apart from that, both receptionists I had the pleasure of talking to were extremely welcoming, nice and polite. Really appreciate it, thank you! :)"

"I originally had a different hotel booked but changed to this one at the last minute since it was closer to the city center and I read another review saying how it was very close to a parking garage. It ended up being ideally located, especially its proximity to the parking garage. The exit door from the garage is literally across the street (literally a few steps since it isn't a wide street) from the entrance to the hotel! The hotel room was spacious, the bed was comfortable, there was a kitchenette in the room, and it was close enough to walk around the city. If you just need a place to sleep, this is just fine. It's clean, comfortable, and affordable. If you do plan on driving, be aware that the hotel is located in a "low emissions zone" so the vehicle you drive must comply or you can be fined. Google "low emissions zone" and Ghent to fully understand what this means if you plan to drive! I would definitely stay here again."
