"The house is stunning. You can tell how intentional the owners were in building not only the home but the grounds itself. Take time and walk around the courtyard and you will see the variety of tropical flora that surround you. Inside is a menagerie of antiques that add so much character to the home. The patio, infinity pool and lounge area which transitions into the living room oozes relaxation. Watching the sailboats float by across the sea from any of these areas, including the upstairs open air dining area and any balcony from any of the bedrooms calls you to the water. Rogues Bay beach is visible from the home and a short but steep walk away. This home is separated from the hustle of Road Town but it gives the vacationer an opportunity to experience a different part of the island. Ben and his son Zeb are readily available to answer questions. All of their recommendations from a car rental service to catamaran charter and scuba service were A plus. We hope to rent this home again. Tortola is a lovely island and there is so much to do. This Rogues Bay home managed by Ben is a great home base."

"My girlfriend and I stayed at Sebastian’s on the Beach from 3/27/25 to 3/30/25. This was our first trip to Tortola and this hotel is situated on a quiet location in the West End. Our mountainside room was spacious, the queen bed was very comfortable and the shower had amble water pressure. The room had a safe, refrigerator, coffee maker and microwave. We were able to enjoy happy hour at the bar. I highly recommend the Painkiller and Sebastian’s Rum Punch. The red snapper was very tender and cooked to perfection. Views of the shoreline and mountains are breathtaking. I had French toast and salt fish for breakfast on consecutive days and both were outstanding. You can take a shuttle or taxi to Smuggler’s Cove Beach which has calm water and delectable food at Patricia’s . Other terrific nearby restaurants include Bananakeet and D’Coal Pot. The staff at Sebastian’s are super friendly and accommodating. I’m definitely returning in the future as Tortola is stunning and the people are extremely hospitable."

"We loved staying at the Cooten House! The views are incredible and we appreciated the privacy. The Bluetooth stereo is great. Hot tub is wonderful. Comfortable bed. Beach chairs, beach towels, cooler and snorkel gear provided. Everything you would need in the kitchen. Comfortable couch in the living room. A/C in the bedroom worked great and I loved the cross winds with the windows open in the living room. It’s in a remote location, so it’s a 15 minute drive to restaurants and the ferry terminal at Road Town and 20 minutes to Cane Garden Bay beach. One morning there were cows standing by our rental car greeting us! :) If you want to have an incredible view to yourself, you won’t be disappointed! "

"Long Bay Beach Resort is a beautiful property. The staff was extremely helpful and friendly. When booking, we didn't realize that the property was on such a rocky beach, but there is a beautiful beach a short dive away, which the hotel will bring you to and pick you up from. Looking forward to going back."
