This fabulous villa is set high up in the prestigious Belmont Estate in the West End of Tortola British Virgin Islands.
Limeberry House it is a designers dream with bright colors, Mexican tile, sun and moon sinks that wake you up even if you have been partying late at Bomba’s full moon shack! The West Indian style Villa nestles into the contours or the land, with bedrooms set in separate cottages maintaining maximum privacy. All bedrooms are air-conditioned.
The house welcomes you with an open, airy feeling, the covered dining area which is the focal point of the house boasts an open plan gourmet kitchen, so no one is left out of the entertaining. An induction stove, stainless steel ice-making refrigerator and a dishwasher, complete this a gourmet kitchen.

A short flight of steps brings you to Papaya and Vanilla suites. Papaya has its own private deck, complete with a tree growing through it and outside shower, all positioned to catch the cooling breezes of the Caribbean.

Spectacular turquoise infinity pool offers breathtaking views over Long Bay and the Palm Grove, or with superb sunsets over Smuggler's Cove. Use the cocktail seat in the pool so you can watch the sun go down while sipping a rum punch.

To the west of the house there is also a deck for alfresco dinning with a built in stainless steel BBQ stove. Here on fine evenings you can dine under the stars.

Great, quiet location.
Property manager was easy to contact, communicated well, and was pleasant to deal with. The property itself was beautiful, everything worked well. This was a great place for us to relax before we all went on excursions. Would recommend to anyone looking for a remote place to just enjoy the natural beauty and property.

Amazing Villa
The Villa is fantastic. The views are Amazing. The Villa had four spacious en-suite bedrooms which were very private. Dinners on the open air dining tables -you have a choice of three, all had great views, a breeze or a ceiling fan. We had a fantastic time and would absolutely stay here again!!

Perfect Vacation
The house was perfect and extremely comfortable for a family of 8 adults. We had plenty of space and the view was spectacular. The walk to smugglers cove was approx. 15 mins and a beautiful walk. The house as perfect, had everything we needed and was decorated for Christmas. I would definitely recommend and stay here again.

Our stay was fantastic. We arrived to Tortola early in the morning and was met at the ferry dock by Jon and Jude. Our villa was not available yet but they were so gracious to allow us to have access to another property while we waited. Our villa was awesome. We had been to Tortola before on a cruise stop, but this was our first time to stay on the island overnight. It was fantastic! The house was just as pictured in the listing- even better! The host was great in communicating. Numerous little things made it even better- such as beach chairs for use. Admittedly, Tortola is not for the faint of heart in terms of getting around as the roads are a bit treacherous. But we knew this going in and made sure we planned accordingly. Overall, a great island and great accommodation. We are already planning to go back.

A restful getaway
Limeberry Villa was a fantastic place to retreat and reconnect on our wedding anniversary. Jonathan and Jude communicated really well in the days leading up to our arrival. Jude met us despite our late arrival and guided us up the road to the villa, where he gave a friendly orientation to the place before making himself available for any needs during our stay. The villa is very well supplied, quiet, and beautiful. It was easy to stare out over the hills, ocean, and nearby islands. The sunsets are gorgeous. The pool was large, in at least partial shade throughout the day, and very comfortable -- a real treat when the temperature went up and breeze got still. Checkout was really simple. We hope to return someday.

Paradise on Tortola
Everything was amazing. The place was much more beautiful than the pictures. We did not rent a car, and walked to different places, such as Long Beach and Soper’s Hole Marina, where we could pick up provisions (but we enjoy walking). Making dinner and sitting on the veranda was awesome and such an open airy place. Bedrooms were comfortable and great views as well. Would definitely book there again!

The property was so much better than the pictures depicted. We had a wonderful and very memorable experience. The open air setting for the common space was quite comfortable based upon the location of the villa. The airconditioned bedroom suites were a welcome respite at the end of each day. We highly recommend this property as a place to kick back and enjoy your time on western Tortola.

Incredible views!
The views from the property were incredibly beautiful. Great view of Jost and other islands. It was a relatively short, but steep walk down the hill to 2 beaches and a few restaurants. The local property manager (Jude) was very helpful and responsive. The villa was clean and the open air living space was nice. The bedrooms were air conditioned and comfortable. We would definitely stay here again.

My Tortola Vacation
House was beautiful. The mosquito's were intense. Needs a bug zapper. Maybe two. Biggest problem was the unfriendly people on the island. Sorry to say I would not go back.

Wonderful week at Limeberry Villa
My boyfriend and I stayed a week at Limeberry Villa with 3 other couples. It was the perfect setup for couples traveling together as each bedroom had an ensuite bath and was in separate entrances/buildings with a locked door. We could all have privacy when we wanted and we had plenty of room to gather together in the common areas. Communication was excellent with Jonathan before we arrived and with Jude during our stay. The house was extremely clean and the housekeeper came mid-week to change bed linens and clean as needed. There were plenty of beach towels and bath towels for our group of 8 to use. We also had access to 2 washers/dryers. All 4 bedrooms have great air conditioning. You should be careful not to leave food out in the open air kitchen as we did seem to have what we thought were chickens getting into the bread a couple of nights. One night the power went out but the generator came on immediately and ran the whole house without interruption. Jude recommended takeout from D Coal Pot on our first night and was kind enough to pick it up for us. We also had groceries delivered from Riteway and he coordinated with them for delivery. Ice chests were provided. My only criticism would be that we had 8 guests but could only find beach chairs for 5 people. Although I'm sure if we had asked Jude, he would have arranged for more for us. We loved this house and would not hesitate to stay here again if we come back to Tortola.

Stunning views, great communication, rough roads
My husband and I loved our stay in Tortola. Jon and Jude responded nearly immediately to all questions and even checked in on us during the stay. The villa is gorgeous with amazing views. The only problem was that the road up to the villa is narrow with exceptionally high speed bumps (you have to have a jeep or something with high clearance or unload the car at every speed bump to avoid scraping...we had an HRV...it was not high enough). Two of our party were unable to walk the road up/down so the beach was not in walking distance from all and there is no side of the road so not the safest walk. However, the local drivers go fairly slowly for most of it and are the most courteous drivers I've ever encountered. Sadly, the same cannot be said about the tourists (who are the majority of the drivers on that hill). The takeaway is that the villa is breathtaking (5 stars) and Jon & Jude and the best hosts and also deserve five stars, just be prepared for the hill/road/speed bumps and the remoteness (we loved it, but the same cannot be said for all in our party).

We love Lime Berry!
We had an absolutely amazing stay at Limeberry! We only had three nights on Tortola before taking off on a sailboat trip, we wish we had stayed at the villa longer. After a long day of traveling, we finally arrived at the house. It was dark out when we arrived, and the house was so inviting. We came through the gate, and down the stairs and were blown away by the open air feel, the colors, the decor and the layout of this magical villa. Our wonderful property manager, Jude escorted us to the house, helped carry in all of our bags and get them set in our rooms, showed us around and made us feel very comfortable and at home. We were all exhausted and didn’t feel like jumping back in the car and driving to dinner. Jude saved the day by picking up dinner for us at a delicious local restaurant called Da Cole Pot. We couldn’t have been happier. Jude was an amazing host and took care of all of our needs. He was very kind and made our stay so comfortable and enjoying. Each of us had our own private cottage within the villa and the common areas were comfortable and inviting. When we woke up the first morning, it was a beautiful sunny day and the views were mind blowing! None of us had ever stayed in a place quite like Limeberry before - Open air living, sweeping views, cozy cottages, and nestled in the hills close enough to the Ocean that we could hear the surf. I could go on and on. Take me back!

Fantastic family vacation
We just got back from an 8 day stay at Limeberry Villa, and it was fantastic. Jon (owner) was very helpful on the front end answering all our questions about the property, and with suggestions and recommendations for grocery shopping and restaurants. House is exactly as shown and described - very clean, comfortable, well maintained and thoughtfully appointed. The views and location are incredible. My wife and I brought our 4 children (ages 10-15) and my mom along, and the space worked great for us. Even though it was July, the breeze kept the open spaces very comfortable for everyone. The linens, towels and beds were also great. Honestly couldn’t have asked for a better vacation, and already hoping to return soon. The West End of Tortola is a peaceful place overall, and even through Smugglers Cove is considered one of the best beaches on the island, there were never many folks there and some afternoons we had the beach almost to ourselves. There are also great dining options nearby, and a pretty well equipped grocery a few minutes away in Sopers hole. The property owner’s assistant was also incredibly helpful during our stay and checked in on us periodically to make sure everything was okay. We’d definitely recommend this property to our friends and family.
