"Close to orford shops. Really good black out blinds. It has everything you need. Could maybe have brighter bulbs in the light fittings in the lounge, but otherwise really good. The hot tub was an added bonus. "

"Very comfortable and clean, everything you need to make your stay enjoyable. Electric blankets on beds was a bonus, however heating in bathroom didn't work. Having a washer and dryer in the house was a great asset when travelling."

"Driveway access difficult. Views weren’t necessarily true to Website. Some doors difficult to lock or slide. Shower door gets stuck. Dryer advertised but not present. Very clean, spacious, open, vast views, well equipped kitchen."

"Excellent place to stay, only criticism was the dust on top of pictures and behind the TV when it was swiveled. Which triggered alergyies through aircon. However it was a beautiful place to stay and we would highly recommend it. "

"We booked a room with a 'moutain view', we didnt get one, we mosned and were given one so no issue. Great breakfast, much better than a buffet to order something off a menu. Best breakfast we've had at a hotel in a long time."

"A perfect place to stay for 3 couples. Plenty of room in the lounge, and having enough seating in the lounge for 6 was awesome. Wifi connection wasnt easy."

"We're so glad we booked the blue house. It was perfect. The beds, pillows, utensils and everything you can think of good quality. The location is fantastic and it worked well with seperate areas for the kids, and my wife and I. The backyard backs on to the estuary/beach and two little jetties. Next time we're in Tassie we're booking here. We stayed three nights and could happily stayed a week."
