"Great hotel in a good location. Stores, cafes and transportation close by"

"Staff were amazing; very helpful and friendly. Location is a little further out from the MRT station but still very good in terms of amenities. What wasn't so great was: 1) The cover sheet on the bed had a hole 2) The shower would flood the whole loo and 3) I wasn't able to work out the air conditioning unit but on hindsight, I could have rung the front desk for help. However, as it was my last night, and I was too tired, so I left it. "

Johnston offered to accommodate me without me asking and I was able to get a room and get some well needed rest. The food I ordered was delicious! I had to order it again. It was very clean and safe.
