"I can't comment because we didn't stay there. Expedia was supposed to book us at a hotel in Emporia, KANSAS, NOT the Knight's Inn in Emporia, VIRGINIA. The hotel in Kansas that Expedia booked us at (and sent us a confirmation for at the Kansas location) had gone out of business, thereby necessitating us to book a hotel on our own in Emporia, Kansas. "The room was extra spacious and the beds were comfortable. The carpet was stained, torn and in bad shape. Things seemed clean overall. The breakfast selection was good and the fridge had a separate freezer which was amazing for ice packs. Overall, it was a nice stay, but the carpets were definitely in need of replacing."

"On the web site for the hotel is stated that pets were welcome. Come to find out once we got there that pets were NOT welcome. But once we showed them that there web site says pets were welcome the hotel let us stay there with our pet. For an extra $10 per night. Out side of that everything else was Ok."
