"The property could use some refreshing, but it wasn’t bad. The indoor pool looked a little gross, but it was unavailable anyway. The tub was why I booked the room, and it was different than the listing but a fun surprise! "

"I can't comment because we didn't stay there. Expedia was supposed to book us at a hotel in Emporia, KANSAS, NOT the Knight's Inn in Emporia, VIRGINIA. The hotel in Kansas that Expedia booked us at (and sent us a confirmation for at the Kansas location) had gone out of business, thereby necessitating us to book a hotel on our own in Emporia, Kansas. "Our key would not work in the backdoor to the parking lot on the main floor. It was suggested by an employee that we prop the door open with a large brick when needing to access the door. The brick steps were also cracked and broken at that entrance making it a tripping hazard. The employee working the breakfast area, never smiled or spoke."

"Property is right next to a Walmart and numerous restaurants and other businesses. Lots of extra traffic, including delivery truck/semi. Restaurants make it easy to find something you like close by, so that is convenient. "
