"Location is close to what we wanted (botanical gardens and Boothbay Harbor shops). The plusses were free breakfast, nice trails connected to property, icecream across the street. The minuses were the pool/hot tub not open as expected,our room was not deep cleaned."

"The people at the desk were not very friendly or welcoming. It was advertised to have a free breakfast and there was none. Evidently they give vouchers for breakfast at a local restaurant but it was closed the day we were there. "

"Hands down - best place to stay in Boothbay Harbor. It's quiet and quaint; right on the water. Love that they had free kayaks for guests to use. Wish we could've stayed longer! "

"We were in town for a wedding so did not get to spend a ton of time at the property which is a shame. The home has many areas to enjoy your morning coffee or beverage at night. Stunning back yard and ocean views on top floors. Will definitely consider for future trips. Communication was great we really did not need any intervention. "

"the house location and the house itself are simply magnificent. The house could stand a few improvements. The deck furniture is simply terrible. The Small table and the chairs are old and rusted. One chair was totally unusable. This is our second stay there and are planning on another stay. We are hoping for a new deck set."
