"I specifically booked a room with a king size bed, got there and they didn’t have one. They were able to convert two singles for me but it seemed an odd thing to have to ask for. They are mouldy, dirty and some are windowless, AC is totally broken and all the rooms smell like cigarette! it is so filthy and disgusting. Stay away if you can! The maintenance is unkept and no lifts. It is a disgrace to call this a room for paying customers. Makes a mockery of the buyer! wifi in the lobby only! Mouldy bathrooms, ceiling is peeling off, the fixtures and some showers don't work. Toilets don't flush!...
