Same for the pool staff, had to wait an hour for towels after repeated requests for towels. Food was okay and some staff were good, but very different than what we are used to. Hopefully they do better in the future."

"Our stay was magnificent. We arrived early from our flight, and they accommodated us immediately with a room, even before the check-in time. The breakfast and restaurants were really good. At checkout, they allowed us to stay longer at no extra charge before our flight back. The staff was incredibly nice and helpful. The hotel is well-maintained, clean, and located in a beautiful area. I definitely recommend staying here!"

"Older building, friendly staff, breakfast was below expectation (rolls, Jam and instant coffee - breakfast option not really worth it), room was clean but furnishings were dated, fridge was appreciated and wifi was good. Didn't get a chance to check out the pool. Location was good although youll have to walk for 30mins or get a cab to the majority of ancient Egyptian museums and sites. Easy to pick up necessities. So the price of £47 for a triple 3x single bed room, friendly staff, fridge and...
