Avery at the front desk was awesome and your valet service is also outstanding!!However, one thing I would change is going back to the complimentary coffee perk allowed at the Blue Lacy. This is so much nicer than the mediocre pots that are in the hotel rooms. The pots are a joke!! The coffee is much better at the restaurant and the food is awesome!! This is also better for your staff to be able to earn their tips and make a living."

"Very nice place although check-in/out is a little awkward. Kitchen has bare minimun with small coffee pot and only two small pre-measured coffee packets. We always travel with our coffee but there were no filters for using our own coffee. Paper towels worked okay. Water pressure was good but showerhead ended up being a stream. I'd stay there again."
