Olats at the front desk was absolutely amazing. She gave us maps of the city, suggested sights to see, places to eat, and even gave us tips on transportation around Bermeo and to San Juan. "Plenty of parking although can be competitive for spots in the weekend. Staff was superb, offering ideas of what to explore, and even helping us reserve at the full booked restaurant. Quiet from 11pm-7am when the church bells waken the town. Room was very good for a pencion and at night the sound of the ocean sooths the soul."

"I have recently returned from a 4 night stay at this hotel. As expected the hotel was basic but it is in a great location for exploring the area. The rooms can be quite noisy depending on where the room is situated and there were stains on the bed sheets and towels. When I arrived at the hotel I was told I could not check in until 2pm dispite the hotel.com website stating it was 12pm. That was the first piece of misadvertising.
