"We were 4 adults visiting the area and couldn’t be more pleased with how convenient the house was to various wineries, historic sites, and downtown C’ville. Jeff was very responsive to any questions and provided a nicely stocked kitchen and fridge. Lots of space to spread out and comfy beds. We would rent again. "

"This was a great location to visit Shenandoah National Park for a few days. It was a 15 minute drive for us to the Swift Run entrance. The farm itself is peaceful & beautiful! Our kids loved the cows out front, and we enjoyed Star viewing each night. I think 3 bedrooms is misleading… the 3rd “bedroom” is a large closet/attic off of the master bedroom, with wooden pallet beds. "Tough place to find when we arrived at night, but reading the reviews i knew this. I would recommend a sign at the "Y" in the drive way to point to the house. The house itself was very nice. There is definitely a smell of dogs in the house so if that is an issue, this may not be your place. I was not able to utilize the outdoor spaces or the river because of a storm. "Property and hosts are superb!! We had a great time with a beautiful view. The sunrises were awesome. The drive in a little tricky but once in well worth it and after a time or two not bad at all. House was quiet and secluded. Very nice for time with my wife. We were 1/2 hour from the park, were treated very well and would highly recommend this property to anyone!! It was wonderful !!"
