"The reception staff were helpful, making our check-in process easy. The room was of a good standard, except the headboards showed some signs of damage/wear and tear, and clearly needed replacing. When we mentioned this to reception staff later, we were told that the hotel was in the process of replacing all of the headboards, and our room was due to be done soon. The buffet style breakfast was excellent. Lots of variety, catering for all tastes and dietary requirements. "

"The closeness to the airport is very good. The transport from the hotel is good but coming back it is difficult to reach and get cabs. I wish they at least had some Indian or more vegetarian dishes in their menu and their kitchen only operated limited time in the day."

I booked for my girls' birthdays and let the hotel know about it, and they kindly decorated the room for them, leaving juice, sweets, a teddy bear, and a card for each of them, and personally wished them happy birthdays, which I thought was very nice. The rooms were spotless, as was the rest of the hotel breakfast was good too 😋 I would definitely return."

"The booking was cancelled by the hotel as it was being closed to the public because they were taking in Ukranian refugees. Money is to be refunded in 10 to 14 days which is unacceptable as a replacement booking cost me over £20 more for the dame period. I will not be using Best Western Hotels again."
