"Great location, everything you could want in the kitchen, kids loved the kayaks (life jackets much appreciated), some mattresses not very good, rangehood fan not working ( not a major issue), noisy retic woke us early a couple of times. Overall a terrific place to stay, wished we had longer."

"We did enjoy our stay but not one wardrobe in entire property. If you had come down for a wedding and had dresses and suits to hang and found no hanging space you'd be abnoyed. Kust because your on holidays doesn't mean your in casual attire the whole time"

"The house is large with 4 bedrooms and good living areas. The location on the canals is great. However, the slipway is small and in poor condition. It is not suitable for launching a boat as promoted. The spa also did not warm up. The garden is currently very overgrown with branches inhibiting access around the side of the property and weeds / dead plants detracting from the view. Also, the emergency phone number just went through to a message recommending use of the website for enquiries....
