"Kaya Manzi is a beautiful home with a gorgeous backyard setting. You can't help but admire not only the serenity of the canals but the landscaping of the house. It is so well kept you just want to sit outdoors all day! Christine is a generous host. She is quick to communicate, efficient and very kind. We couldn't have asked for a better host. Thank you for sharing your lovely home. We loved the crabbing weekend with the family and the soccer table was fun! Plenty of utensils, dinnerware and glassware for us along with a well stocked pantry. Crab nets and scoops were handy and our youngest also had fun on the kayak. All in all, a perfect weekend!"

"Beautiful, clean, everything you want is catered for. Such a bonus that I could take my dog. It’s so hard to find pet friendly places, especially in Perth. "Amazing location right on the lake and a restraunt in walking distance, everything was lovely could’ve been a bit more clean (eg) outside area table needed a wipe and cobwebs but overall a lovely stay with all necessities there"

"The house is large with 4 bedrooms and good living areas. The location on the canals is great. However, the slipway is small and in poor condition. It is not suitable for launching a boat as promoted. The spa also did not warm up. The garden is currently very overgrown with branches inhibiting access around the side of the property and weeds / dead plants detracting from the view. Also, the emergency phone number just went through to a message recommending use of the website for enquiries. Overall, I expected better for this price. "
