I had to reach out to the host because we thought there was an issue with the heat - there wasn't - and the host was immediately responsive and helped troubleshoot.I would absolutely return to this property if I need someplace local to stay again."

"We stayed at this location when we were in town for the Cyndi Lauper concert. We wanted to be close to the climate pledge Arena. It is a 25 min walk from this place. It is also close to Whole Foods, which is great for groceries. There’s lots of restaurants close by too. The rooms were clean and comfortable. The facilities were wonderful. We used everything indoor, even though the outdoor ones were beautiful. It was just a cold day. Would really recommend!"

"Short 3 day stay. Bottom floor unit so it’s a bit noisy from upstairs foot steps and water draining down the pipe in the closet pretty constantly. Good easy location for freeway and neighborhood access."

He left a personalized note with some chocolates for our check-in, and made sure to give us privacy for our stay. He provided a binder with clear and concise explanations of house rules, extra amenities, and useful info (with pictures of his adorable dog!). Above all, he was incredibly attentive and generous!...
