"Perhaps the nicest hotel I have ever stayed in. Wonderful staff, private lounge area behind first floor doors, 3 locked accesses to your room, truly excellent dining area on second floor. Right in the heart of Dusseldorf with outstanding shops and restaurants all around. Highly recommend."

"The hotel was close to the main station which was very convenient and it had good facilities. For a business traveller it provided a comfotable stay. Overall would definitely come again. The only downside I had was that the TV had a screen mirroring function but I couldn't get it to work because the TV could not connect to the hotel WIFI - however, the stay was still excelllent"

"Good location but very noisy. Rooms are not soundproof at all and not really clean. There was a bug in my room but the hotel told me that I couldn't cancel the booking as I paid non refundable in advance. And even when I told them, that I paid for a proper service only a room change was offered. Won't stay there any again."

"Close to central train station but otherwise not a great location. Lots of homeless and drug addicts lingering around the immediate area. Basic room, terrible shower, needs major update. Staff is great; super friendly, energetic and helpful. Really good bar. "
