"Farmhouse cottage is connected to the main farmhouse via a normal wooden internal door which remained unlocked throughout our visit. Having never met the owners we found this uncomfortable. Every noise could be heard through this doorway. Be it clear conversations or relentless dog barking . There is a wood burner that is situated in the main living room. "We stayed at the beautiful Pear Tree Cottage for 4 nights while visiting places within the New Forest National Park. Both the park and the cottage are superb. The cottage is in a great location. Sarah treats you right. Clean and very comfortable. "

"The bungalow was very spacious and is located very close to a park and fields for dog walking and is about a 20 minute walk to the beach.The owner was very friendly and welcoming. We had a couple of minor problems but once notified, he came quickly to sort things out for us. We would definitely stay there again."

"The directions were accurate so we easily found the property and parking was more than adequate. It is on a very regularly used road so traffic noises were a minor issue. We were greeted by a very helpful and convivial host who lived on site so was readily available, (but not obtrusively so), to answer queries. "Cottage in owners georgous grounds with local pub at the end of the road (although we didn't go). Met by deers in the fields prancing.. and lovely sunsets.Warm and cosy with everything you would expect. Thought the air fryer was a good extra. Water flow off and on but Sandy gave us the heads up. Location suited us... between Romsey, Salisbury and Winchester. Would definitely stay again. "
