"It was a modern, clean accessible property. The staff was friendly and helpful when I checked in. I just have one comment that a manager might want to address. The girl who was assisting (she may have been training him) was dressed in the most ridiculous outfit. She looked like she should have been greeting me on a ride a Disneyworld. She had unnatural red hair, a black knit hat and some sort of strange, puzzle piece like design on her top that was cinched with a belt. It was comical and extremely unprofessional. I would suggest for a property that is likely greeting many professionals, especially working at the Capital, that you enact a dress code. Another thing, is the road noise is considerable. If I had known, I would have brought some ear plugs. Consider putting a complimentary pair of ear plugs by the bed. I would have used them. Thank you, Jennifer"

"It was an easy and fast check-in. "

"Check in/out was fast and easy and the clerk was very friendly and gave good advice on local dining. The room was clean and had a full size fridge, microwave, cooktop stove and sink. The bathroom was large and the shower roomie. The area was quiet but right in town and close to shopping and dining with lots of good options. Close to fairgrounds. Price was very good compared to similar hitels close by "

"I had a quick one night stay at Emerald Queen Casino. Parking was quick with an abundance of spots and near the elevator. I went from the parking elevator to the front desk and then another elevator to my room. I didn’t have to walk thru the casino with bags which can be uncomfortable. Everything was great!"
