"Always use the Dakota when catching up with family for the weekend. never had any problems with self checkin or communication. we stayed in the opposite wing for the first time on this occassion (room 5)which had a lot softer mattress than we were used to & WIFI could not reach us. did us well for our short stay and well priced. thank you"

"Beautiful venue, spacious room, amazing location, great communications and instructions beforehand. Really comfortable bed. However it was freezing cold!! Even with the radiators on full blast they stayed luke warm and the room and bathroom never warmed up. Water pressure in bath/shower also quite low. I would stay again if these areas were looked at."

"Well what can i say absolutely fantastic hosts and lovely clean room in a lovely location, we found this lovely property as a last minute stay as we were visiting elderly relatives in george elliot hospital nuneaton , we were made to feel completely at home as soon as we stepped though the door such an amazing property and will be even better when the lovely owners have finished renovating would definitely visit again ."

"Very friendly Italian restaurant with rooms. The room was comfortable and a good size, but was adjacent to the toilets the restaurant guests used. I came out of my room a couple of times just as men were coming out the gents which was a bit off putting. The room was clean and comfortable if a tiny bit dated. The food and the service in the restaurant was very good although i was a bit sad to find myself eating alone for most of my meal in the annex as the restaurant was I assume full. My...

"Really nice glamping pod with its own small loo. There were a few cobwebs and dust on the window sill, otherwise it felt clean and tidy. Staff in reception were very pleasant. Very quiet overnight this may change if an event is being held tho. Overall a very peaceful and comfortable stay"
