"Cabin was infested with black flies, and there was dead flies all over the cabin. Called in advance to let them know I’d be checking in late to which I was assured there is someone in the office 24 hours a day, when I arrived at 1am after driving all day no one was in the office and I could not check in. "

"We came in late after midnight and the gentleman who helped us was wonderful. We were only there for the night but the staff are very friendly and thoughtful. "

"We loved this place. We are avid tent campers (and hikers) but we are now late 60's in age and wanted a similar experience but with more comfort this time. This place fit the bill perfectly. We especially loved the privacy. There are 2 other cabins nearby for rental, however they are both out of sight and earshot. An important feature for us was a lovely campfire spot. The property also had a wonderful view to Mica Mountain. The cabin looks new and is in very good and comfortable condition. There was only one small drawback for us, which is that we did not like the taste of the wellwater. Fine for cooking/showering, but if we come back (which we definitely would!) we would bring our own drinking/coffee/tea water. But that is only a very minor inconvenience. Others may not have a problem with it at all. The hosts were both lovely people. Thank-you for accomodating us."

"Nice little cabin away from it all. Super quiet peaceful three day stay. Quick and easy access to hiking and kayaking opportunities. Clean well kept premises. I would recommend this for a couple that is looking for quiet downtime in a natural setting."
