This warm and inviting cottage apartment is perfectly located in the heart of Dunoon. Hazel Bank is a charming upper level apartment with it’s own private entrance. Spacious and comfortable living sleeping up to four guests. An ideal base to explore the beautiful Cowal Peninsula.

This villa apartment provides a warm welcome from the moment you enter. The interior of the apartment is recently refurbished and well presented. The main hallway leads you to a spacious living room. Filled with comfortable furniture and a feature gas fire place. An area to relax and enjoy the lovely garden views and in the distant the sea views out to the west. The dining area of the living room features a table and four chairs.

The kitchen is separate and fully equipped with all your modern appliances for some delicious home cooking. There is a master bedroom and twin bedroom ideal for children. Each room has a central heating radiator. The family bathroom is modern and spacious with a shower and toilet.

Outside
Outside there is a lovely large garden area to enjoy with outdoor seating. Perfect for sunny days. There is private and secure parking for one car.

Loved it!
My wife and I stayed for a week and found it to be the perfect place to relax. The best part of staying there was meeting Mr. and Mrs. Taylor. They were very friendly and helpful. The flat, being in Dunoon, was centrally located for all the sites we wanted to visit on the cowal peninsula. We had a great time and hope to stay there again in the future.

Initially we were a little surprised and disappointed with the tiredness of the apartment given the cost, but more importantly with the cleanliness, notably the fridge, microwave and oven and black mould in the shower which we could not remove. Donald and Diana extended such a lovely welcome though we didn't want to tarnish our relationship by complaining, so we just cleaned the things we felt needed it and got on with it. The beds were clean and comfortable, the flat was warm and we loved the view. The location was great for us, as we were meeting family staying at a hotel a few minutes walk away. We were offered driveway parking but it was a bit tight and so easy to park on the street.

Nice calm place
We visited the property, because we've moved to Scotland and needed a temporary stay. The owner was very nice and helpful (lives below) and the property was clean, quiet and had everything we needed. We had family for a few days to help us move and the owner was very nice and understanding.
