"The outside light was burned out, the bedroom was especially dirty. The fan was covered with so much dust you could not use it. The smoke detectors battery compartments were open with batteries in them so they were not working. The bathroom attached to bedroom had no hot water, tepid at best. ".When we arrived the owner was there to tell us her furnace was out and couldn't be fixed till the newt day. She offered to give us a refund right away but not knowing the area we said we stay there. She had purchase a space heater and got us set up.
