"Our first stay at the Mill Cottage will definitely not be our last. Everything about at our stay here was exceptional. Susan and Rob were wonderful hosts, so friendly and knowledgeable. Not to mention the freshly baked bread. Thank you!! Richmond is a beautiful small town, and the mill cottage located next to Australia's oldest bridge is the perfect location to explore (and a great place to get some beautiful photos. "Cottage was comfortable for a family of 3. Clean, location is nice, there are other people around (wasn't good or bad just how it is). They were very helpful in moving our accommodation date. Glad we did it once would probably stay somewhere different next time just to mix it up."

"Great getaway, not too far from Hobart, just a short drive from Port Arthur Historic Site, Local Cafe and distillary. Very well apointed property - we made use of sunny verandah, hot tub, very well appointed kitchen and open plan living and dining areas."

Two very comfortable, spacious bedrooms, good bathroom and kitchen facilities, and very comfortable living area. Very pretty garden to look out on with the roses in full bloom. Perfect location, walkable to everything we needed locally, beautiful river walk. A car is a must for independence. Very easy area to drive around and plenty of places to explore. Perfect place for a peaceful and restful...

"Impressed with outlook and accomadation for the price. Accomadation was very comfortable, very well equipped kitchen.Everything needed and more. Great selection of books, games and Dvds for rest days. Overlooking water, with a big long white beach 2 minutes away. Located 7 minutes drive to supermarket and bottle shops. A base for day or half day sightseeing trips around the peninsular. Would be happy to come back anytime!"
