"An enjoyable stay. Beautiful surroundings and peaceful location. Very comfortable big bed. Close to Hobart, airport and gorgeous Richmond. Would have loved a small milk to make a coffee upon arrival. An information booklet listing the closest supermarket, medical facility and dining options would be useful to someone that has never visited the area."

The open plan living and dining area is a quaint, and quiet little space to relax and unwind while watching TV.

"Just loved this place, it has everything you need. We stayed 4 nights and could have stayed more. Kitchen is well stocked with cooking needs, bedroom very comfy and the place is warm, cosy and quiet. Access via laneway and easy trip into the city with a lovely view on the Esplanade walks. Our hosts were gracious, informative and so very interesting - so thank you for hosting us and if we come your way again will definitely stay. "

"We stayed 7 nights in total. Can not fault this property. Perfect for my adult daughter and myself. Two very comfortable, spacious bedrooms, good bathroom and kitchen facilities, and very comfortable living area. Very pretty garden to look out on with the roses in full bloom. Perfect location, walkable to everything we needed locally, beautiful river walk. A car is a must for independence. Very easy area to drive around and plenty of places to explore. Perfect place for a peaceful and restful...

"Property was comfortable and well-appointed in a great location. A great place to stay if you want a peaceful holiday. We went to the beach every day, sometimes to swim but walked along it every night. There are other great beaches for swimming a small drive away. "

"Property is in an absolutely amazing location and is immaculately clean and obviously well cared for. From the minute we arrived we knew it would be hard to leave. Everything we needed for a comfy stay was provided. Very comfortable bed. Cannot fault this property in any way. Would love to come back one day.
