"There was a gas fire place in our room. It was clear that there was a leak. We alerted the staff, the matter was not dealt with in a timely and appropriate way. As the problem reoccurred, a new trip to the reception and again the seriousness of the gas leak was ignored. It took a lot of conversation for the staff to recognize that they had to give us a new room or I would make a call to the authorities. Compensation four our lost time (basically 1 day ) was not awarded. I don’t think we will...

"Sitting outside, both on harbor side and lake side, was so enjoyable. Lake side fire pit was appreciated, even on an August evening. Only one comment. The hot tub was likely not used recently prior to our visit. The next morning there was a grime ring. Minor issue, and easily resolved, but something to keep in mind. We had a wonderful visit. "
