"Communication by the key holder by phone was impossible, they never answered phone . House was not as clean as I had expected . Bed linens didn’t fit the beds , only one duvet cover for a two duvet bed. Bathroom was a fall hazzard, floors stay extremely wet. It needs a shower curtain and no slip rugs for safety . No towels in the kitchen to do the dishes. Yard was not tidy. House shown in the pictures was not the house we received, needed painting. Could not get the tv to work. Would not...

"Very well appointed, comfortable and clean house in Uithoorn, easily accommodating a family of five. The area is family friendly with a play park opposite the house. The tram station is less than a 10 minute walk away which will take you into Amsterdam South. The supermarkets are a 5 minute walk away. The host generously provides bikes which we took on a 28km bike ride to Amsterdam Bos and back. Cora the host was very responsive and friendly. We can highly recommend this property. "

"The home had a very autgentic Dutch feel to it. The stairs going upstairs to the bedrooms were challenging to navigate but the owner set up another bed downstairs for my mother-in-law. The owner had two bikes which we used to sight see in the area. Wonderful restaurant in the development! Not a long drive from Amsterdam."

"My initial Vrbo booking was cancelled 3 days in advance of my arrival. Not much to choose from but this place was available. Pluses - Quick easy communication with booking person. Close to grocery store and restaurant. Easy walk to public transportation. Apartment features all amenities. Ample toilet paper provided. "A brilliant, warm welcome and lovely stay. The room had a wonderful view over Houthavens! Personally, I preferred the amenities at TWENTY EIGHT, but both the spa and gym were very well equipped at BOAT & CO, a big plus. I plan to return and try the restaurant / bar next time. Thank you, team!"

"Loved that the hotel was within a 30-min walk to plenty of sights and the central area of Amsterdam. The area around property is very quiet and away from the crowds, but just note that means you're a bit further away from restaurants/bars that are open late. "

"We had an amazing stay! The hotel was beautiful, staff kind and knowledgeable. Would recommend staying here! Easy to pop onto the tram and get around town. Found the hotel a little warm, but very cold outside (November) so be sure to pack layers. "

"Very convenient place to stay and the staff is really helpful and friendly. Breakfast was amazing but pricey. Our room was spacious and comfortable and very clean. We easily moved around the city on trams and buses; get the GVB multi day pass and go anywhere! Loved it. Even extended our stay by a night because the hotel was so excellent."
