"Only two things i wish the landlord to improve; 1) Bigger signboard (perhaps the house name) 2) Clearer sign for the car u-turn. Other than that, this property is just perfect to me. "

Also you need to be aware that the rooms are up a steep flight of stairs, totally unsuitable for anyone with mobility issues.
