"The cottage is nice; the beds are comfortable; spacious enough for 5 adults. The property is as pictured. The rivière Rouge has a fast current, ideal for paddle boarding but you must drive your boards back to the cottage. We parked at a local campground nearby. You can tie your tubes to trees and float,its not a swimming river."

"I’ve rented a lot of cottages this one by far surpasses all other. The photos do not do justice to this cottage. It’s is beautiful, spacious and the lake is clean. The trampoline and slide were the cherry on top. Beds are extremely comfortable. The host is vary gracious and very quick to respond. I would absolutely go back and highly recommend. "

"We had an amazing week!! The property is beautiful!! The only negative was that we had no cleaning spray? Also no oils sugar or spices to cook with. We were missing a measuring cup and measuring spoons to do any kind of baking. I ended up driving to mount laurier to buy because I love baking ❤️ This was the only negative! Other then that we had an amazing time! We got a lot of use out of the two kayaks provided. The water was amazing 🤩 we even caught a few fish 🐟 Thankyou so much for letting us stay we hope to return one day! "

"We enjoyed our stay. The house felt quite a bit darker than the photos appeared, Unfortunately Mosquitos were an issue so we couldn’t comfortably spend time outside except on the river - we enjoyed paddling the river. Very unique shallow sandy river! We appreciated having bedrooms and living space on one level for my 92 yr old mother.."
