"We stayed for a family reunion with my nephew and grandniece. It was perfect as it was such a hot day and the lovely secluded outdoor pool was great. The staff were very attentive and interested in our little party. Great location and quiet. Only a few minutes walk to the tram for the city and free pass supplied by the hotel. Zoo park is just a few minutes walk away with playpark and walks. Balcony room was great and loved the walk in shower. Everything fresh and clean ."
