"All was great with the exception of the window in the master bedroom not set appropriately when place was built. It didn’t close all the way and we had a really snowy windy night where the blinds were moving and window was whistling. Great location, view and decor. Could have used two bed side tables in master. I took one of the stools from table to use so my phone and glass of water were reachable. Overall, very pleasent experience. Thankful for washer and dryer!"

"Overall, our stay was fun. The communication from the host was excellent and easy to understand. This condo complex has some good amenities but I would say they are a bit rundown. There was quite a a bit of repairs and upkeep needed in general. It wasn't quite as nice as the pictures made it seem.The biggest drawback was that the condo was advertised as ski in/out but it's not. You have to drive yourself or shuttle to the mountain. "Loved our stay. Cozy and comfortable.Very grateful for the garage. We were there for the snowstorm and it was nice that our truck (Chevy Silverado) fit in the garage for easy loading and unloading.Also thankful for the city plows keeping the roads clear. We did have to put the chains on but not too bad to do in that warm garage!Close to everything, well stocked, and welcoming. The carpet was a little "tired" and used, but overall a very nice condo! Thank you."

"I could not get the exact address until hours before we were leaving for Brianhead. When we arrived the door was unlocked and the cleaning crew had not touched the unit, bed linens were on the kitchen floor. The cleaning woman showed up with her two young girls and all 3 were sick with a terrible chest cold. After she put on the new linens my wife asked her to leave before we got sick on our first day of this long trip to Brianhead. After that it was all good, but no thanks to Vrbo. "

"The condo was very clean and had everything we needed. The walking path behind the house was perfect for our morning jogs and afternoon walks. Also able to walk (about a mile) to downtown Cedar City to some great restaurants. Centro Woodfired Pizza was delicious, there is also a winery across the street from the pizza place I would recommend. The condo is close to great site seeing as well - went to Bryce and Zion. Would definitely stay here again. "

"This is our second stay at Joe’s unit. It is very comfortable for two people, and convenient for skiing Brian Head. Just a short walk (1-2 min) to the #8 chair. Kitchen is well set up if you want to cook. Easy load and unload because you park right outside the front door. Joe is great at communication. We will return here at our next visit to Brian Head!"
